Vincent Barletta has guided Barletta Engineering in Canton, Massachusetts, since 1997. He has managed operations and short—and long-term business strategies, working closely with board members and stakeholders to set goals and drive positive results. Also serving as primary spokesperson, Vincent Barletta addresses construction and workflow challenges as they arise and shepherds the company toward financial health. Mr. Barletta completed his bachelor’s degree in business at Northeastern University in Boston in 1993. As an undergraduate, Vincent Barletta participated in rowing, holding down the crew’s four-seat seat in 1991 en route to the IRA Regatta victory. In his senior year, he became captain and earned status as the Most Valuable Oarsman on the Northeastern crew. Considered an elite rower in university crew history, Mr. Barletta became a member of the Varsity Club Hall of Fame in 2008. He also received the Charlie Smith Award, which reflects decades of dedication to the crew as a student and alumni. An active member of his industry, Vincent Barletta serves on the Utility Contractors Association of New England, Inc., board.
